Mark – Wanted to send you a note on the great work you and your assistant did on the “shingle re-roofing & repair/replacement of edge boards” project on our 2 story work-shed. The project was on time, work area kept picked up and good looking results! My wife and I are pleased. – Regards, Dan
Mark – Just would like to give you a thanks for a job well done, your guys showed up when they said they would, we had a problem and you found a solution. The work talk was good. Am considering more updates and you are on the top of the list for people to get it done. Again, thanks! – Chuck
Mark – I was impressed with the quality of the work you did for us earlier this year. The basement and bathroom look great and have had many compliments esp. on the tile work and the wood floors. Your attention to detail is outstanding. We all love the new rooms. I couldn’t have asked for a better job!
Mark – Thanks for being so easy to work with (I’m sure it wasn’t always easy), and going out of your way to accommodate all the things I wanted, even when I didn’t know I wanted them. I really appreciate all your hard work and effort. You are my first choice for remodeling and I look forward to working with you again in the near future. Thanks! – Greg
Mark – Thanks for an excellent job! You are incredible (wish you built this house). Thanks again – Denise
Mark – Thanks again for the great job that you did on our addition. – Kurt and Jean
Mark – Thank you for your excellent and hard work. We’re thrilled with our new room and looking forward to using it. Thank you, too, for including Jeff [their son] when you needed a hand. He enjoyed the experience and learned a lot. Have a good summer – don’t work too hard! – The Denny’s
Mark – This small gesture is our attempt to thank you for all the hard work you put into renovating our home. We have never before had the pleasure of working with such a skilled and professional project manager as we did with you. Your initiative, carpentry skills, the working environment you created, and your interpersonal personal relationship skills impressed us.
Jeanette was most impressed by your immediate sense of responsibility for everything, even taking care of the dog – Shelly. Who by the way misses having you around. If a trade person left a mess, left something incomplete, put something together wrong (faucet), or just forgot to finish — you were on it! We never heard a negative work in your vocabulary; Congratulations, that’s pretty rare these days. You built, you fixed and you even did extra jobs that weren’t part of the job; but needed to be done (siding and fireplace mantle are two examples).
Your interpersonal relationship skills made us feel like you cared about us, and our home. When we were in the area your attention was on us. You were even attentive to the onlookers who wanted to take a peek at the progress (like the neighbor, Jane). Craig still can’t get over how clean the work area was maintained.
To Craig an organized and clean working environment defines the level of professionalism and detail of a job. He continues to sing your praises. Thank you very much we really love our home again now that it’s remodeled! – Craig and Jeanette
